Screw Russians, Gentrification doesn't exist

Recently, one of our YouTube videos received what might be one of the most insightful comments we’ve seen. Interestingly, it came from a profile named urbandesignprof.

F on the information. We are supposed to listen to Russians? This is such bull. Gentrification does not cause displacement. Gentrification is not infrastructure. Gentrification is what happens to a building. Infrastructure is failing because there's not enough property taxes collected to pay for the improvements without more property taxes coming from more residents. and who is going to build the housing and facilities these morons are talking about? The private sector. Except that the private sector can't afford to build new housing in these neighborhoods. Who is supposed to pay for the restoration of the buildings that are falling apart? The public sector? The Communists in this video built horrible cities of buildings that began to crumble a decade after they were built.
